18 yılda katettiğimiz yola baktığımızda gurur verici bir tablo çıkıyor karşımıza. Sürekli gelişme ve müşteri odaklılığını benimseyen firmamız hazır yapı sektörüne getirdiği kaynaksız yapı teknolojisi ve fibercement teknolojisi ile sektörüne yatırım yapan, markasal sorumluluğunun bilincide dev bir

kuruluştur. Aslında Özge Yapı'nın gücü gelenek, kalite, teknoloji ve müşteriye hizmet kavramlarını birleştirerek oluşturduğu sinerjinin bir sonucudur.

Özge Yapı'nın övünç duyduğu önemli bir nokta da sahip olduğu güçlü kurumsal yapısını ve marka imajını herhangi bir yabancı sermayeyle değil tamamen kendi öz sermayesiyle %100 yerli üretim ve hekim holding firmalarının desteği ile gerçekleştirmiş olmasıdır. Bugün prefabrike ve çelik binalarda aylık 40.000 m², konteynırlarda 1000 adet üretim kapasitesine sahibiz. 400'e yakın çalışanımızla, 70.000 m² kapalı alanda üretim yapmaktayız. Dünyanın en ileri teknoloji ürünü olan ve kaynaksız yapı teknolojisi ile yüksek standartta galvaniz yapı çeliği kullanarak üretim yapan Structure robot makine hattına sahibiz. Makine hattımızda prefabrik ve konteynırların çelik konstrüksiyon detayları SAP 2000 statik programında XSteel Strucad-Archiad mimari programıyla hazırlanmaktadır. Biz artık ST-37 çelik kullanmıyoruz. Yüksek yoğunluklu ST-52 Çelik kullanılan konstrüksiyonun bağlantı noktalarında cıvata ve somun kullanmaktayız. Siyah sac ve kaynak kesinlikle kullanılmamaktadır.
