Dalyan is about privacy, quiet, amenities, and luxury living. Each of the 42 homes is unique, designed by the renowned architect Professor Cengiz Eren, designer of many international resorts, including the Kempinski Bodrum. Each home has at least one private garden and unobstructed Aegean Sea views. The site also overlooks the open sea, the nature reserve, the beautiful old fishing village of Yali

kavak, and the new Palmarina. This private community is directly on the Aegean and boasts 400m of waterfront as well as one of the largest and most striking pools in Bodrum at over 300 square metres, as well as a hot tub and baby pool. The project also affords owners full 24/7 security and on-site maintenance staff. The homes range in size from a 2 bedroom with full master bath suites as well as a powder room at 200 square metres, to a 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom with 2 kitchens at over 600 square metres. Owners have their own covered parking space that accommodates one to 6 cars. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, en suite. Each villa includes cost-efficient central heating and air conditioning, top-of-the-line appliances, and granite and lacquered cabinet kitchens, and travertine bathrooms. Dalyan residents enjoy purified water in their homes, and recycled, clean water for their gardens.
