Further, we recommend that you use this pre-development phase as an opportunity for you to accumulate your down payment, as well as to meet the prerequisite requirements, for a residential mortgage at the local banks.

Please note the following developments:

No monies or down payment other than the initial registration fee of $200.00 TTD is to be paid at this time.
The developers are at the phase of getting the necessary approvals to begin the first phase of construction (infrastructure).
This approval should be acquired approximately by April of this year.
Construction for each home will be provided by the developers.
Funding regarding individual home owners mortgages, will be provided by the local banks, yet to be determined (discussion are presently ongoing).
The final price of these homes are not as previously advertised. Prices will be determined at an advance phase of this project (please note that your purchase will include both house and land).
