Use the Multi Listing Server (MLS) and other creative methods to advertise your property such as:-

• Installation of Signs
• Networking, referrals, co-brokering
• Mail outs to our client database
Provide property information sheets, when available, on all homes listed for sale within the price range and description you want. Schedule viewing for properties that interested you. Advise about the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing or renting any property you consider. Assist you in evaluating the market value of properties that are of interest to you. Prepare offers and counter offers in your best interest. Use our best efforts to negotiate the best price and terms for you. Refer you to other professionals, such as mortgage specialist, valuators and attorneys.
