At the serene grounds of Leilani Estate Corporate Retreats, we had the pleasure of hosting the Association of Principals of Public Secondary Schools of Trinidad and Tobago Retreat—a day beautifully balanced with connection, learning, and renewal.
The morning began with a warm welcome in our Banquet Hall, where a thoughtfully prepared breakfast set the tone for the day. As attendees arrived, sponsors proudly showcased their products and offered samples, creating a lively atmosphere of engagement and appreciation.
We gathered in unity to stand for the National Anthem, followed by a formal welcome and HSE briefing delivered by our own Business Development Manager, Riad Hosein, ensuring the day started with clarity, care, and professionalism.
Soon after, the program moved into an inspiring session featuring a guest speaker who set the tone for reflection, leadership, and growth. This was followed by an engaging health and wellness segment that reminded everyone of the importance of balance in both leadership and life.
But the true magic of the day unfolded outdoors.
Against the backdrop of Leilani’s scenic river, flowing gently alongside the property, teams came alive through games, laughter, and friendly competition. It was a powerful display of teamwork, energy, and pure joy—moments that strengthened bonds beyond the workplace.
By the end of the day, there was a shared sense of achievement, relaxation, and success. The retreat was more than an event—it was an experience of renewal, connection, and appreciation in a truly peaceful setting.
