Strictly No loud music or loud parties
$1000 refundable deposit payable 3 days after check out once
no breakage or damages . House must be left in clean condition
Bar b que grill must be cleaned after use
Please walk with your own towels

Booking once made 2 months ahead - 50% deposit to secure and balance 30 days before check in date . Booking less than 30 days before check in -Full payment
WE CAN ONLY SECURE YOUR DATES WITH A PAYMENT - NO HOLD
Cancellations within 30 days will be subject to a penalty depending on circumstances . Photo ID required upon booking with proof of address
