and for ammonia, methanol, melamine and the like still exists and so the supporting industries still have a role to play in keeping us all afloat; maybe even more so now, since COVID-19. Unquestionably, supporting industries still need logistically good choices to manage inventory. For the fact is, even, as we diversify, we can’t just drop a surviving industry. Machinists, catalyst suppliers, chemical suppliers, suppliers of valves, those who manage electrical equipment, light manufacturing, those who need to relocate an operations facility or even who do data processing, they are all surely needed. Why land? Well, commercial land is also something that is very much needed to keep the economy going. Businesses need to build their own warehouses or their plant facilities and they need the infrastructure to get things going. Commercial buildings need to be built on land so that there are new offices with new employment opportunities. Developers also need land to build the houses for our people. So selling acreage is very important. Is it that I won't do other types of real estate? Surely not! I have a great network and I'm sure I can source what you need. But having spent many years in the industrial sector, this part of real estate, with all the proactive risk assessments needed, financial analysis, assessment of ROI and more, it is a just natural fit for me.
