台鐵：
台鐵斗六站下車，轉台西客運7120、7122、7123、7124至虎尾站下車，走路3分鐘即抵達雲林記憶Cool。(斗六-虎尾大約30分鐘)或於斗六使用GO SHARE(GOGORO共享機車系統)騎至虎尾。
台鐵斗南站下車，轉台西客運7103、7102、至虎尾站下車，走路3分鐘即抵達雲林記憶Cool。(斗南-虎尾大約20分鐘) 或於斗南使用GO SHARE(GOGORO共享機車系統)騎至虎尾。
自行開車：
國道國道接78線東西向快速道路，虎尾交流道下，往虎尾市區雲林記憶Cool(雲林縣虎尾鎮林森路一段501號)。

雲林記憶Cool-虎尾登記所
The Huwei registry office
以記憶銜接過去、現在、未來的時空之門。
虎尾登記所原名「台南地方法院虎尾出張所」，由法院書記擔任所長，所內配置2-3名雇員。主要為辦理土地、屋宇、商業、船舶之登記及公證事宜，轄區為虎尾郡轄下的虎尾街(庄)、西螺街、崙背庄、二崙庄、土庫街（庄）、海口庄等街庄。
依據《台灣總督府府報》的記載，虎尾出張所係於大正10年（1921）4月1日正式開廳，迄今（2021）已有百年歷史，第一代的辦公廳舍位於虎尾庄虎尾42番地。隨著昭和5年（1930）嘉南大圳通水，地方產業迅速發展，原有的辦公廳舍不敷使用，遂於同年4月26日遷建至虎尾庄虎尾205番地（林森路今址），基地範圍內有辦公廳舍、倉庫和官舍等建物。
戰後，虎尾出張所廳舍由「虎尾地政事務所」接續使用，民國46年（1957）改為地方法院檔案倉庫，直到民國99年（2010）法院中止借用，建物歸還雲林縣政府，民國102年（2012）11月14日由公告登錄為歷史建築並展開修復。
虎尾登記所自2018年開始由社團法人台灣公益CEO協會進駐經營，命名為「雲林記憶Cool」，服務項目有館舍導覽、餐飲、不定期活動與策展，以及客製化在地導覽…等。雲林記憶Cool以文字、文件的形式承載著雲林地政的變革，同時也是人類利用非口語的文化工具-文字，來將個別的軌跡共同形塑成集體記憶，記錄並傳承記憶。
雲林記憶Cool位處在虎尾文化聚落圈中，與雲林布袋戲館、合同廳舍、雲林故事館、虎尾驛、虎尾糖廠相呼應，是虎尾市鎮的中心，也是縣民及遊客集中的文化聚落，同時又在虎尾鎮中心的交通要道上，因此不僅是歷史建物群中的一份子，亦是虎尾遊客通往雲林縣其他鄉鎮市文化館舍的指標。

The Huwei registry office (虎尾登記所)
The Huwei registry office, formerly known as "Huwei branch office of Tainan District Court ", was established in 1921 and its main business is to handle local real estate registration affairs of Huwei county during the Japanese colonial period. Along with the industrial and economic development of the Huwei area, and the completion of the Jianan irrigation system , the large amount of arable land appeared. Due to the expansion of the business, the small office of the Huwei Registration Office was not large enough to deal with all the business at that time, so it relocated to the current location in 1930.The internal storage cabinet of the registration office is completely preserved, It witnesses the function and the significance of the early registration office, and also witnessing the land property rights system during the Japanese colonial period. After the World War II, the registry office was used as a warehouse for the court. Currently it was used by the organization of Taiwan CEO club for a social benefit.
