Gas, water, building maintenance and wifi bills 500 a month per person.
Electricity bill paid separately whatever comes in the meter 1 unit is 6.5 NTD (divided by roommates per person a month around 200-300).

To reserve a rooms you have to pay the security deposit for 2 months (Refunded at the end of your stay) provided there is no damage.
You can use the international wire transfer. All the other students did the same before arriving.

I will sign the contract via email first then you can send the deposits. (First come, first served)

We can have an online video call so you can see the apartment. Since the rooms are still occupied, I can’t show you the bedrooms at the moment. However, I can show you the living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom, the downstairs area, and the outside of the building.
Because so many people want to see the room, it’s not possible for me to ask the current tenants to show their room every time someone is interested. That’s why I can only show the common areas during an in-person viewing or arrange a video call. Thanks for understanding!
