Surety Properties Company Limited is a Tanzania company established in 2011 to bring quality real estate services with a professional and innovative touch to the country’s fast growing economy. The Company was formed after acknowledging the massive inefficiencies and distrust afflicting Tanzania’s property industry. As the economy grows, the demand for land management services has become critical. On one hand, the demand for serviced land lots and property is driven by investment needs and housing for the expanding middle class. On the other hand, the informality and weak organisation of the sector makes transactions in landed property a highly risky affair, increasing the cost thereof.
