I'm grateful to be part of the incredible team at Zanzibar Housing Corporation (ZHC) as we were recognized as the Overall Winner of the East African Affordable Housing Excellence Award 2026.

This award is a reminder that dedication, innovation, and teamwork create lasting impact.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of participating in a ZHC Podcast, where we discussed the Public Servants Housing Scheme (PSHS), our zero-interest payment modality, and the various opportunities available for aspiring homeowners and investors.

What excites me most is not just talking about housing, but being part of a solution that makes homeownership more accessible and achievable for many people.
