The Shevchenkivskyi District Court has seized the site and premises of PJSC Kievproekt at 16-22 Bohdan Khmelnitsky Street, the newspaper Our Pennies writes with reference to the court's decision of 18 October.

The court ruling states that the arrest foresees a ban on construction and reconstruction. It was imposed within the framework of criminal proceedings by the State Bureau of Investigation.
On the site of the Kievproekt building, they plan to build a multifunctional complex KYVPROEKT City Space with apartments, offices and commercial premises. This is the project of the Perfect Group of the People's Deputy from the OPSZ Dmitry Isaenko and the Saga Development of the ex-KSCA official Andrei Vavrysh, the newspaper reports.
As the newspaper notes, the site at this address, according to the General Plan, is intended for medium and low-rise buildings. The building is located in a central area where the height of buildings should be limited to 27 meters (9 floors). At the same time, the developer plans to build 24 floors.
On September 19, 2019, the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate issued Kyivproekt a permit for construction work at the facility.
