New Year's rent: there are more apartments for daily rent, but prices have not changed
On the eve of New Year's holidays, landlords began to increase the number of residential properties for daily rent. What kind of housing Ukrainians are trying to find and how much does it cost to rent it - in the October analytics OLX Real Estate.
Closer to the winter season, Ukrainians began to actively search for daily housing on OLX Real Estate. The most popular destination for a home for a day is the request "Karpaty". Already in October, it was entered in the search bar about 6,800 times. Behind him, they are trying to find a house with a swimming pool, a house with a bathhouse and housing in Bukovel.
The most popular search queries show the New Year mood and the desire to celebrate 2022 in Transcarpathia or outside the city. Among the queries - "house with a fireplace", "cottage", "vat", "bathhouse" and even just "new year", "in the mountains", "forest".
The Ukrainians searched for housing with the wording “apartment for daily rent” almost 51.2 thousand times.
Landlords are responding to demand and increasing the number of properties, but they are not yet increasing prices. For example, now all over Ukraine on OLX Real Estate you can find almost 11,000 apartments for daily rent, 1,250 houses, almost 1,000 hostels and several hundred options for hotels and recreation centers.
