Those who plan to find a new separate housing in the capital for a long time, will have to pay at least 7 thousand UAH, and in the regions - from 5 thousand. Compared to April, long-term rent in Kyiv rose by 3%.The cheapest option, a room in Desnianskyi district, will cost about UAH 3,100 per month. As for the Pechersk district, renting a room here will cost UAH 7,500, which is 23% more than in the spring. On average, the cost of an apartment in Kiev is 4.5 thousand UAH, which is 12% more expensive than in the spring months. The room, of course, will be cheaper, and the cost will not differ much from the area - it is about 3600 UAH.
