After the opening of the land market on July 1, the average price ranged from $ 2-3.6 thousand / ha.

In the Kiev region, in the immediate vicinity of the capital (distance 20-30 km), it reached $ 4.5 thousand / ha. According to this indicator, the capital region is ahead of some EU countries. For comparison, in Romania the land costs $ 2.5 thousand / ha, in Lithuania - $ 2.2 thousand / ha, in Latvia - $ 1.4 thousand / ha.

The most expensive plots were offered in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Lviv, Odesa and Zakarpattia regions. The cheapest land is in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, due to its proximity to the front line.According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, from July 1 to 19, inclusive, more than 1,100 contracts for the purchase / sale of agricultural land were concluded.

A total of 1,530 hectares were traded on that date.

Alexander Korobko noted that the agricultural land market is in the process of formation - these prices were announced on the eve of its opening. According to him, only in August it will be possible to talk "about the compliance of prices with existing demand."

During 2021, the average cost of private homes in Ukraine in dollar terms remains stable.

This was stated by Oleksandr Korobko, Uvecon's business development partner, based on a survey conducted by Uvecon GIS.

At the beginning of July, the average cost of private estates in Ukraine was 474.7 dollars per sq.m.
More than 65% of the total supply falls on households up to 100 square meters. M about 45% - for houses with an area from 100 sq.m to 300 sq.m and less than 5% for large houses with an area from 300 to 600 sq.m.

In turn, Vladimir Shalayev, CEO of the Uvecon group of companies, believes that the segment of private homes is almost at peak price levels that meet effective demand.

"The study shows that the cost of private homes, regardless of their area or region, is almost at peak prices. Demand and supply for private homes are quite balanced, there is no excitement in the market, "said the expert.
He stressed that pricing for private homes across the country has the same trends. According to his forecast, the price dynamics may be felt in September-October, when the active season begins. However, it is likely that at the end of December the price may fall slightly, returning to June.
