For the month the price tag for primary real estate in the capital increased by 2.5%
In July 2021, the median price in dollar terms in the primary real estate market increased by 2.5% compared to June this year, and by 6.6% compared to the same period in 2020.

The State Statistics Service has published a forecast of indicators of the construction industry of Ukraine for the third quarter of this year. Whether the data coincide with the results of a survey conducted by the National Bank of Ukraine - further in the review.

As it became known to the Domik.ua portal, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine has published the Indicator of business confidence in construction for the III quarter of 2021. We will remind, the Indicator of business confidence in construction is one of components of the general Indicator of economic moods (IES) calculated by Gosstat every quarter. With the help of IES you can assess the current situation in the economy and make predictions for the future.
The calculation of the business confidence indicator in construction is based on two parameters: an assessment of the current volume of orders and expected changes in the number of employees over the next three months. Thus, according to the report "Expectations of construction companies regarding the prospects for the development of their business activity by type of economic activity (2015-2021)", the Indicator of business confidence in construction for July-September 2021 was minus 23.6%. This is 1.1% better than in the second quarter. Although the indicator remains at a negative level, it still shows a positive trend. For comparison, in the second quarter of 2020 it was minus 42.7%.
The estimate of the current volume of orders in the III quarter of 2021 is minus 41%, which is 2 percentage points better than in April-June. Expectations for changes in the number of employees increased by one point - to minus 6%.

When asked how the volume of construction work performed over the previous three months changed, 40% of the surveyed enterprises reported that it increased in April-June, 33% did not change and 27% complained about the decrease.
