In Lviv, housing prices on the secondary market increased by an average of 2.5%. From 1080 to 1107 dollars per square meter.
This is evidenced by the results of a study of the secondary real estate market of Ukraine, conducted by the Association of Realtors (Realtors) of Ukraine in conjunction with the geoinformation portal "Uvecon".1-room apartments went up by 5.3% (from 1101 dollars / m2 to 1159 dollars / m2),
2-room - by 2.2% (from 1089 dollars / m2 to 1114 dollars / m2),
prices for 3-room apartments increased by 0.6% (from 1,044 USD / m2 to 1,050 USD / m2),
the cost of 4-room apartments increased by 0.4% (from one thousand sixty-five dollars / m2 to 1069 dollars / m2).
It was analyzed 5660 apartments for sale - a total area of 385 083 m2.
