Kievgorstroy raises prices again
From December 24, 2021, the Kievgorstroy holding company increases the cost per square meter of real estate. This was said in a statement.
What is the reason for the increase in prices
According to the company's specialists, the growth in real estate prices is primarily associated with:
the rise in prices for building materials, which have risen in price by almost 20% over the past 10 months.
the rise in energy prices, which this year have risen in price by 25% and this is not the limit, since energy resources are becoming more expensive all over the world.
The pandemic also influenced the rise in the cost of materials a lot, since, having the experience of the first lockdowns, manufacturers of building materials include in the price certain risks in the event of a possible new quarantine.
the prices for the performance of work by contractors and, in general, the cost of human labor have also increased.

Kievgorstroy sets the tone
Earlier it was reported that in June Kievgorstroy raised prices for its new buildings, although over the past six months it has already done it twice.
In an interview with the Ministry of Finance, the head of Kievgorstroy Igor Kushnir said that other companies are raising prices in the same way as his company.
“But Kievgorstroy is a public joint-stock company, and every step is trying to communicate to people in a timely manner. Over the past six months, we have raised the price twice. The first time the rise in price was from 10 to 15%, about the same the second time, ”he said.
