Motivation for men!
The main motives of young men and men to start or resume sports are fundamentally different from women's. For example, no one thinks to visit a rocking chair because of an acquaintance with a fit girl or in search of a bodybuilder wife.
Motivation for sports for men is:
- Conclusion about the construction of a fresh body with strong and strong muscles, in that amount dictated by status or professional necessity;
- The chance to improve your mood by throwing out negative impressions through muscle work or cardio load;
- Way to lose weight and/or maintain physiological condition;
- Forced to receive an important physiological load (gradual decrease), due to the withdrawal from the great sport;
- “Everyone goes to bodybuilding, and I’m not weak”, “I need to go to the gym according to my status”;
- A method to preserve well-being, prolong youth and longevity;
- The desire to restore previously acquired or the likelihood of buying fresh bodily skills;
- Have a good time with friends (sport game skins);
- Respectful root cause for unavailability in the family circle;
- Creating a positive example for children;
- A single picture of healing, which the doctor advised.
- The key way that will undoubtedly help the strong s*x to start and not quit training is a test of excuses and a genuine recognition of their inferiority.
