- To become the owner of a trim, athletic figure;
- To restore the body after childbirth;
- To look gorgeous, to keep a beautiful body shape and to show off in social networks;
- To be in a trend;
- To free oneself from complexes;
- Satisfy the need for admiration and adoration;
- Get acquainted with men who care about themselves;
- Spend money on sports shopping.

Except for the last item, it seems that all items are meaningful and valid. However, there is one "but". Confirmed by experts in psychology, in fact, that the above motivation to sports for young women, in what amounts to a zealous desire to lose weight, in most cases, causes a direct antipode to the desired effect.

Remember, the triumph will only accompany the one who, freely or unwillingly, will put at the center of the motivational setting, not related to sports, sensual needs and external data. Don't struggle with yourself, "walking in a closed circle" and "beating like a fish against ice. Accept and love yourself as you are. And then you will see, after a while, laziness will disappear, the power of will manifest and everything will necessarily begin to succeed.
