🧆 Fish patties in sour cream

Total per 100 grams 92 kcal
👉🏻 B/U 11 / 4.6 / 1.9

Ingredients:
- fillet fish - 400 grams
- onion - 1 pc
- greens - 1 bundle
- egg - 1 pc
- sour cream10% - about 0,5 cup
- salt, ground pepper
- 1 drop vegetable oil

👉🏻Chop the herbs. Wash, dry and finely chop the fish. Peel and finely chop the onions and mix with the fish.
Add the herbs to the fish and onions. Also add egg, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

Shape the force-meat into small balls. Fry them on a pan greased with a drop of oil on all sides until golden. Put all fried fish balls into a heatproof dish, pour the sour cream, salt and pepper and place in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 200-220C.

TENDER JULIENNE

🔹 Ingredients (4 servings).

- Chicken filet 400g
- 400g Champignons
- Cream 10% 100g
- 80g cheese
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Onion ladle
- Salt, pepper
- 1 tbsp butter

🔹Cooking.

1. Dice the fillet. Finely chop the onion. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Peel and chop the mushrooms.

2. 2. Fry onion in frying pan, add fillet and mushrooms, fry for 5-7 minutes. Add cream, flour, salt and pepper.

3. Stir and wait a minute until the sauce thickens.

4. 4. Put into the forms, sprinkle with cheese and put into the oven at 200 C for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 250g plain pita bread
- 50 gr cheese
- 5% cottage cheese 180gr
- 1 egg
- 70 gr tomato
- 10 gr dill
- salt

Mix cottage cheese with egg white, grated cheese, finely chopped tomato and dill, salt and mix thoroughly. Cut the lavash into rectangular strips about 12 cm wide, put the stuffing on the edge and roll up the envelopes.

Spread out on parchment or a silicone mat, brush with egg yolk and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 170 g. Enjoy Enjoy!

Pancakes without flour 🥞

Oh, how thin and tender they are! Just 4 ingredients and 30-40 minutes of your time. Well, if you take two pans at once, it's even faster 😉 And they flip with such ease that even a child can do it 👌

🔸150g milk (2.5%)
🔸 2 eggs.
🔸40g cornstarch (you can also use potato starch)
🔸1 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Mix all the ingredients, beat vigorously with a whisk so that the starch does not gather in lumps and let the dough rest for five minutes. Bake the pancakes in a well heated pan. It takes not much batter per pancake, so make smaller amounts, or pour the rest back into the batter 😉 immediately.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 700g
- Broccoli 250g
- 1 egg
- Wholemeal flour 2 tbsp.
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Vegetable oil 75 ml
- Dill 50 gr
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken seasoning 0,5 tsp.

🙌🏻Add the chopped broccoli to the meat.Break one egg into the resulting mince mixture.To make the mince thicker, add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour. Season with salt and spices. Using a tablespoon, spread the minced meat in a pan, forming round pancakes of equal size.

Fry chicken fritters with broccoli and dill over medium heat until golden on both sides

Ingredients:
🔶4 peeled squid carcasses
🔶1 red bell pepper
🔶2 Chinese cabbage leaves
🔶2 hardboiled eggs
black pepper on the tip of a knife
🔶1 tbsp natural yogurt
🔶 parsley or dill greens

Method of preparation:
Dip squid carcasses for 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water, then cool and stuff them with a mixture of vegetables, eggs and peppers. Decorate with greens.

Ingredients:
- 400 grams of chicken filet.
- 100g low fat cheese
- 30 g of greens
- 0.5 tbsp 1% kefir
- 30 g corn starch
- 1 garlic clove
- salt, pepper, seasonings to taste

🙌🏻Cut chicken fillet and cheese into small cubes. Chop the greens and add to the chicken and cheese. In the same place, squeeze the garlic. Add the kefir, starch, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning and mix. Non-stick skillet heated, grease a little oil, using a tablespoon, lay out and form cutlets.

Fry on both sides until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. The cutlets will bind due to the melted cheese.

✔️Some cherry tomatoes
✔️50 g of boiled/baked chicken fillet (turkey, beef, tongue will also work)
✔️30g of hard cheese
✔️1 tbsp cottage cheese
✔️ Greens

🔺Slice bread slices with cottage cheese.
🔺Lay tomato and meat cubes on top, sprinkle with herbs and grated cheese.
🔺Place in oven/microwave/dry pan under a lid until cheese is melted.

▫️ Beets 400 g
▫️ Chicken fillet 150g
▫️ Cheese 50 g
▫️Nuts 30 g
▫️ Garlic 1-2 cloves
▫️ Greens
Dressing:
▫️ Sour cream/yogurt 2-3 tbsp or ▫️ olive oil 1 tbsp

Preparation:⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
Boil or bake chicken fillets. Cut it into cubes.
Boil the beets (or bake them) and grate them on a coarse grater.
▫️ Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater.
Finely chop the herbs.
▫️ Crumble up the walnuts.
Mix everything and dress.
