ТВОРОЖНОЕ ПЕЧEНЬЕ на вечер к чаю🥰☕

Для теста:
2 стакана муки
300 гр творога
150 гр масла сливочного или маргарина
1/2 чайной ложки соли
1 чайная ложка соды
сахар (по вкусу для посыпки)

Процесс приготовления:
Маргарин растереть на крупной терке.
Добавить 2ст. муки. Хорошо вымешиваем с маргарином.
Добавляем 2 пачки творога (жирность не менее 5%). Вымешиваем до образования однородной массы.
Соль и соду по 1ч.ложки замешиваем в полученное тесто.
Раскатываем тесто в пласт толщиной 5мм (не тоньше).
Режем пласт на полосы шириной около 7см. Посыпаем сахаром.
Складываем полосы в три раза (посыпая сахаром хорошо внутреннюю часть для "склеивания" слоев)
Выпекать около 30 минут при 200 градусах до образования небольшой корочки на верхнем слое.
