Cloudy weather is no reason to stay home!
Where to go on the weekend of October 3-4th?
We have several ideas for you:
1. Ukraine’s largest machine festival, “Old Car Land”

There will be a large exhibition of the retro military, transportation, and even household equipment. You will have the opportunity to operate an excavator, ride in antique cars, get on planes and helicopters, see a hydrofoil boat, take part in off-roading, and dance at the 60s-80s disco.
2. Festival Inspired: Big Apple WKND

The New York atmosphere will fill Kyiv’s city center this weekend. There will be two festival zones. In Zone A, the free zone, you can visit street art galleries and an exhibition of hand-made goods, and taste the international cuisine that made New York a gastronomic wonder of the world: American, Italian, Asian, Jewish, and Irish. In zone B, there will be a three-day music and theater festival with Broadway musicals, theatrical performances, and live performances by Ukrainian artists.
3. Retro Cruise in Rosary

Dance a fiery swing, listen to live jazz, try on vintage outfits, take part in the traditional English 5 o'clock tea - all this can be done this Sunday. Check out the traditional bicycle parade where hundreds of city dwellers ride city bicycles in retro style along Kyiv streets. For young guests on the Rosary, the territory will be a fabulous rose garden, which can be painted on their own. You can also try your hand at retro sports like classic English croquet and the old petanque game.
4. Kyiv Flower Market. Party in the Garden

Autumn’s main flower festival will be held in the very center of Podol, in a garden with an Italian vibe, music, art installations, flowers, and cuisine.
5. Festival of house tricking “Сentaur”
🚩 Park Kyivska Rus (Kopachiv, 34 km from Kyiv)
⏰ 3-4 October
💲 250 UAH
The festival will take place in a unique park that displays ancient Kyiv. There will be a performance by archers on horseback, equestrian stuntmen using various Middle Age weapons, and racing on war chariots. You will have the opportunity to take part in the festival by playing Slavic games, taking a master-class in equestrian martial arts, and, of course, visit cooking zones at the open fire or in a pub.
