[ENG below] З-го вересня відбулося відкриття будівлі реабілітаційного відділення у м. Козельщина
Проект реконструкції від Архітектурного бюро MODUS, що реалізовано генеральним підрядником Будівельна група MODUS. Ми відтворили історичний вигляд будівлі і делікатно додали сучасні акценти з металу та бетону. Внутрішній простір будівлі сучасний, але натхнений унікальним контекстом місцевості з багатошаровою історією.
Такі заклади це не просто медичний простір фізичного та психологічного відновлення та реабілітації, це новий формат сценарію природи, дизайну та архітектури.

On September 3, the newly renovated Rehabilitation Department building in Kozelshchyna was officially opened.
The reconstruction project was designed by the MODUS Architectural Bureau and implemented by MODUS Construction Group as the general contractor. We preserved and recreated the building’s historic appearance while delicately introducing contemporary accents in metal and concrete.
The interior is modern yet deeply inspired by the unique context of the area and its multilayered history.
Facilities like this are more than just medical spaces for physical and psychological recovery and rehabilitation. They represent a new approach to the relationship between nature, design, and architecture, creating an environment where these elements work together as an essential part of the healing process.
