From Jan to Feb, the actual use of foreign investment in Shanghai hit US$4.96 bln, up 18% year on year. The actual use of foreign investment in service sector reached US$4.76 bln with an increase of 15.9%, accounting for 96% of the city's total actual use of foreign investment.
