This was reported by the Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine.

Experts predict that the largest price increase is expected in new buildings under construction up to 1 year in the most demanded segments, mainly comfort-class, new objects (comfort +) and residential complexes of the business category.

The rise in prices may affect the most demanded apartments with an area of ​​35-50 m2
In large cities of Ukraine, at the beginning of 2022, housing prices may rise up to 5%. The cost of apartments in Kiev, Dnipro, Lvov, Odessa and Kharkov will depend on the demand in the market.

According to the president of the Association of Real Estate Specialists (Realtors) of Ukraine Yuriy Pita, the rise in price may affect the most demanded apartments with an area of ​​35-50 m2.
"As of early December, demand in the secondary housing market in the largest cities of Ukraine is 65% concentrated in the segment of small-sized apartments, predominantly Soviet development. It is in this segment in the first half of 2022 that a slight increase in prices is possible," the expert said.
At the same time, the expert believes that against the background of the epidemic situation in the country, in the first three months of 2022, price stability will be observed in the market.

He believes that price stability will be observed in the largest cities, and price fluctuations will not exceed 1%.
The survey also found that 9% of landlords believe that every tenant is problematic.
The main income of renting out real estate was only 29% of the respondents. The remaining 71% said that it only acts as financial support.
