This was announced by a lawyer, a specialist in land and agricultural law Ruslan Sokol.The expert noted that the land for horticulture belongs to the category of agricultural land. Therefore, if you want to sell it, then you have to go through all the procedures, as if you are selling land in the village.
In particular, in addition to documents confirming the identity and citizenship of Ukraine, it is necessary to provide:
state act on property rights;
contract;
certificate of inheritance or other document confirming the right of ownership;
documents on monetary valuation of the alienated land plot.
