Do not try to hold someone or something in your life. It will only lead you to suffering. Take a look around. Nature is very wise. Everything around is composed of the elements. Try to hold back the fire and you will burn yourself. Wind, water or earth, and they will rush to get enough sleep through their fingers. Everything is born free. Your task is only to create conditions for the fire to burn brighter, but do not keep it in any way, otherwise it will swallow you. Freedom is what matters.

Feel free to live your life! Allow yourself your favorite ice cream, smile at cute passers-by, spend time and money in a bookstore, respect your job, as well as those who go to it with you. Allow yourself at least to dream of the sea and your own country house! Open doors to new opportunities and slam them in front of those who say that in life you need to "keep your head down."
