Land market: the total amount of transactions exceeded 2.5 billion
As of December 2, 56,964 agreements were concluded in Ukraine within the framework of the land market, for an area of ​​143,881 hectares and a total amount of UAH 2,512,553,691. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy informs about it.
From July 1 to December 2 this year, agreements on 143,881 hectares of land have been registered in Ukraine. Kharkiv (20,241.6 ha), Kirovograd (15,686.5 ha) and Dnepropetrovsk (12,852.8 ha) regions are leading in terms of land sold.

In terms of the number of transactions, the leaders are Kharkiv (5586), Kiev (4298) and Poltava (4282) regions. In terms of the total value of land sold, the Kiev region ranks first (UAH 533.96 million), followed by Kharkiv (UAH 387.84 million) and Poltava (UAH 192.46 million).

Until 2024, only citizens of Ukraine can buy agricultural land with a limit of 100 hectares.

The Land Market Law prohibits foreigners from buying land. The issue of selling land to persons without Ukrainian citizenship and foreigners will be decided only at a national referendum.

Prices for square meters in new buildings in Kiev for 2021 increased by 25-35%. By March 2022, the cost of housing economy and comfort classes will not change. This was announced by the founder of the Concept Group, Mikhail Pidvysotsky.
The rise in property prices will stop
According to the expert, the process of price stabilization in these segments, which make up more than 70% of all new buildings in Kiev, began in early October. So, by the end of November, the cost of housing in economy and comfort class objects changed only in 7% of residential complexes of these categories, mainly due to the transition to new stages of construction.

“This growth was planned and did not significantly affect the overall situation on the market. The peak in prices has already passed and in the next 2-3 months the increase in the cost of square meters will only be spot-on - in some projects, mainly through the transition to a new stage of construction, ”Podvysotsky noted.

In 2021, housing has risen in price by 25-35%
At the same time, the expert said that at the end of 2021, the cost of housing in the primary market of the capital increased by 25-35%, depending on the quality characteristics of the residential complex and the activity of buyers. According to him, the largest price increase was recorded in new high-quality facilities of the comfort and comfort + classes. The least rise in price was for economy class objects - about 10-15%.

He noted that during the year the greatest demand - more than 80% of all purchases in the primary market of the capital - fell on 1.2-room apartments with an area of ​​up to 60 square meters under construction up to 1 year. At the same time, the share of transactions in order to save funds for the current year amounted to more than 55-60% of the total sales in the primary market of the capital. Compared to 2020, the number of such transactions increased by an average of 10%.
