Themed events will be held in the open air, spectator seats will be located on the principle of an arena with a stage inside. All pedestrian alleys will run through the amphitheater.

This is stated in a study by Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management, writes CNBC.

Moreover, this principle is maintained regardless of how the investor combines the ratio of stocks and bonds in the portfolio.The researchers looked at the expected return on investment of $ 1 million made in 1950. They compared two scenarios: if an investor invested the entire amount at once and if he divided the amount into 12 equal shares and invested them monthly for the first year.

The study shows that when the investment portfolio consists of 100% of shares, one-time investment was more profitable in 75% of cases. If the portfolio consists of 60% of shares and 40% of bonds, a one-time investment showed the best result in 80% of cases. When the portfolio consists entirely of bonds, this figure rises to 90%.One-time investment brought, on average, to:

15.23% more profit than DCA for the stock portfolio,

10.68% more at a distribution of 60:40

4.3% more for the bond portfolio.

Even in the periods of record growth on the stock market that we are seeing now, this trend remains unchanged, says Matt Stacky, senior portfolio manager at Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management.

In Holosiivskyi district, the construction of a frame-awning stadium is being completed on the basis of the Children's and Youth Sports School №15, located at 7-A Marshala Yakubovskoho Street.The deputy of the Kiev city council, the first deputy chairman of the Standing commission concerning transport, communication and advertising Igor Galaychuk told about it in interview to the Evening Kiev edition.

According to the deputy, a large-scale stadium is currently being built, on the territory of which three football fields measuring 28 × 16.5 meters will be equipped.

"For example, our football club Dynamo in Koncha Zaspa trains on the playing fields of this size. The new stadium will host championships, international competitions and other outstanding sporting events, as this stadium will be the best among educational institutions in Kyiv, ”Ihor Halaichuk stressed.

According to the deputy, autonomous heating and water supply systems have already been installed at the future stadium, as well as three modern locker rooms for children. The opening of the stadium is scheduled for the Day of Physical Culture and Sports - September 10-11.
