Looking back on my life, I feel like I have lived all my life at just 40.
My father was 40 years old when he had me and 40 years later, here I am at 40 with 4 lovely children. I was 4 when our country was taken over and now am 40. What's with the number '4' and me?? 😅
Most of my idols never made it to 40 - Jesus, Bob Marley Malcolm X, Dr Martin Luther King, Herman Basudde, Steve Biko, Philly Lutaaya, Thomas Sankara, Tupac, etc. I have had the rare opportunity to live this long.
For all the mistakes, I take the blame. I hope to use the lessons learned in my next phase of life. For all the accomplishments, the glory goes back to God.
I want to thank all of you wonderful people - friends and family for being part of the first part of my life.
They say life begins at 40, so let's toast to life.
