I would like to most sincerely take this opportunity to appreciate the AREA-UG community for electing me unopposed today as their next President for 2026-2028.Special thanks to my good friend, Scott Panella who held my hand and introduced me to professional Real Estate practice.

To the founders of AREA-UG,all the past presidents including the most immediate Shirley Kongai and all past Board members,we are so grateful for the firm foundation that was laid upon which we all stand firmly today!

During my inaugural speech,I pledged the following on behalf of the new Board;
•Members’ focused vision premised on the needs assessment.
•Strategic advocacy for the benefit of the sector.
•Elevating professionalism through our Code of Ethics and other respective Real Estate best practices.
•Rebuilding weak relationships and strengthening established collaborations with bilateral Partners.
•Enhancing Real Estate profitability through lobbying for a better tax regime to boost Investor confidence.
•To turn this responsibility into a platform for advocacy and service to others.

In summary,I concluded by encouraging leaders to avoid isolation as it kills more leaders than failure ever will!

I lastly requested for both support and prayers from all the AREA-UG membership.
