About our procedure
1) Once a client has his own land either mailo, kibanja or crown land we do take up any kind.
2) first we pay the site a visit and get to know what the client wants to build there be it residential, ,commercial project.
3) so we organize the architectural plans and have them approved by the authorities.
4) part of our architectural fees we give a client bills of quantities which is the total costing of the project, time schedule in which the project will be ready.
5) enter into a construction agreement and agree on the payments terms plus time to hav the project ready.
6) so installment payments are welcome and we normally advice clients to pay phase per phase which is clearly indicated in the bills of quantities. For example a project of around 80m might have 8 phases and a client will have to pays that money in the 8 different phases. But we do welcome any more kinds of negotiations
