Founded in July 2010, Katale Group is a marketing company that eliminates the unprofessional

companies act, we are a young company that has been quite successful in asset management and real
estate advisory. After carrying out an extensive market
study we have noted tha
t there is a lack of professional and organized real estate publicity. It is
because of this necessity that we have strategized to come up with a classifieds property magazine
that strictly advertises and promotes companies in the real estate industry. Mission Statement
Our classified magazine is to be the first and the 'Ultimate Property Guide' linking property buyers
with sellers, and easing introduction and communication amongst: investors, entrepreneurs,
mortgage banks, architects, surveyors, engineers, surveyors and all relevant parties in the real estate
