Many young people in the Bugisu Region are educated and qualified, yet remain unemployed—not because they lack skills, but because they have not been given the opportunity to showcase their potential.
We are proud to introduce a Community-Based NGO initiative focused specifically on empowering people within the Bugisu Region to develop practical skills, gain confidence, and become truly work-ready.
