Whenever rules are not clearly brought forward, they fail.
In this case with Property, the Landlord may simply communicate his or her rules verbally...........This doesn't work out usually in the long run .

If you are a property owner this could be a common problem in your end. Imagine when you on board a tenant, there are some rules that do apply about your property. The fact that the tenant is living in your property doesn't mean they can do whatever they want to your property.

For example a scenario where a tenant breaks walls, changing the whole original design of the property..... sometimes such is found out when the tenant exits then boom........... you are left with a whole different problem to fix.

Are you a land lord out there who is faced by this problem. How do you even deal with it, sometimes before you know it the tenant has not paid for 4 months plus and this definitely will keep accumulating and boooom its 6 months then 1 year of accumulated rent arears.
