We would like to inform you that on Monday, July 14, 2025, we will be conducting our annual fire alarm and fire system testing throughout the property.

This is a required safety procedure and is part of our commitment to maintaining a secure and compliant living environment for all residents.

Please be aware of the following:
• Alarm systems may sound multiple times throughout the day.
• Fire system components such as sprinklers, detectors, and alarms will be tested.
• Maintenance personnel and certified fire technicians may need access to certain areas.

Although this is only a test, we kindly ask that you remain cautious and do not ignore alarms in the event of a real emergency. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please notify the management office in advance.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete this important safety check.

🚗 Important Parking Update 🚗

Dear Residents,

As many of you are aware, we have officially signed a contract with R&R Towing. This decision was made with the goal of improving overall parking efficiency throughout our community.

By partnering with R&R Towing and marking 40 designated visitor spots we’re able to:

✅ Ensure residents have better access to available parking
✅ Prevent unauthorized vehicles from occupying resident spots
✅ Increase safety by keeping fire lanes and emergency access areas clear
✅ Improve the appearance and organization of the community
✅ Discourage long-term vehicle storage or abandonment

We understand this change may take some getting used to, but our goal is to create a more convenient and fair parking experience for everyone. Please be sure your vehicle is properly registered with the office and displays the correct parking tag to avoid any issues.
