We're hiring for two, in-house positions:
• Property Preparation Specialist
Help get properties market-ready by preparing listings for professional photography and showings, completing move-in/move-out cleanings, and making every property shine.
• Property Maintenance Technician
Complete general maintenance and repair projects including carpentry, painting, drywall, light plumbing, light electrical work, and property upkeep to keep our homes looking their best.
Pay: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)
