This is more than a housing project, it’s a real opportunity for local families.

Riverview Landing is bringing 7 new homes to Raymond, giving families the chance to build from the ground up with guidance every step of the way.

From choosing a floor plan to move-in day, this project was designed to make homeownership more attainable in our community.

Only 7 homes will be available.

Interest forms open March 31 at 9:00 am.

We’re proud to be part of a new project led by Weyerhaeuser and US Endowment for Forestry and Communities that’s increasing the availability of attainable workforce housing in Pacific County.
