I always tell my clients that finding the correct home is like finding the love of your life. Sometimes you date your high school sweetheart, get married and live happily ever after. However, for some people it can take time to find that special someone. Luckily for Tim and Traci, their home search was the former instead of the latter. Closing #14 of the year!

Chad and Kayla relocated to Groton from the Minneapolis area! Small towns are not unfamiliar to the couple with Chad growing up in North Dakota and Kayla growing up in small town of 300 people. However, upon getting to the area they noticed immediately the small town hospitality. They only had a brief home search due to Chad's job location but they found the perfect home and were "on Target" with their offer after the home received a second offer! On the afternoon of February 6th, the sheriff's department was dispatched to 218 5th Ave NW, Brown County Title in Aberdeen for a home purchase.

Congrats, Derek, on becoming Aberdeen's newest homeowner! Derek spent a couple of months trying to find a home in the most competitive price range in our market! And we found the one!
