Closing #37 of the year with the opportunity to serve the buyer and seller!

Chad called A+ Realty to help him find a home quickly. However, when we reached the point of writing an offer, he was "settling" and not in love with the home after all. As an agent, I never want my clients to do that. Everyone deserves a home that they can take pride in owning! After a little under 5 months of searching, Chad has his ideal home under contract.

The home Chad found was a flip that Cam and his team had been working on. If you've ever seen their work, you know they have a knack for turning homes that need a ton of work into great works of art.

Cam's problem, however, is that he wants to keep them after they are done. Chad was able to pry this property out of Cam's hands, and everyone is happy!

Sometimes a home search just simply does not go as planned. Michael started his home search in July of 2025, but had some complications along the way. During the process he was denied for his loan and had to change lenders mid-contract. However, in real estate, where there's a will, there is often a way! Some homes will sell in one weekend.

Some will take 101+ days to sell.
