Don't forget to go to courthouse and register for Homestead exemption if you purchased a home at any time in 2014. Also you may not get a copy of tax bill so be sure and check on property taxes as well.
If you turned 65 in 2014, apply for age exemption/reduction.
All this must be done before April 1.

Currently our industry has three large real estate portals- REALTOR.com, Zillow, and Trulia. They are all competitors.
Since I am a REALTOR I think Realtor.com is by far the most accurate of them all.
Zillow is trying to buy Trulia but NAR (Realtor.com) is crying foul since that may create a monopoly.
I wonder how it will all end. With so many mergers and acquisitions in years past, I have always thought we would wind up with one bank, one oil company, one insurance company and if it keeps going one Real Estate search portal. Keep you posted!!!!!!
