One thing I enjoy outside of real estate is disc golf. It’s a great way to get outside, explore different parts of the community, and South Dakota has multiple courses and trails to check out, which makes it easy to keep up with the hobby. The courses I frequent the most are Richmond and Melgaard!

When you're thinking about moving to a new town, it's not just about finding the right house. It's also about making sure your lifestyle fits. Can you continue the hobbies you already love? Are there new activities and opportunities that you'll enjoy once you're there?

It can write a caption.
It can pull data.
It can explain the buying process.
𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐝𝐨:
It can’t feel that the layout is just…off.
It can’t notice the smell in the basement.
It can’t talk buyers through inspection panic.
It can’t negotiate emotions, deadlines, and real money.
𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥. 𝐀 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐞.
But real estate is still very much about people, timing, trust, emotion, problem-solving, and knowing when something just doesn’t feel right.
