🧠Brain Energy, Food & Mental Health

We held a very insightful program today focused on BRAIN ENERGY and the powerful connection between what we eat, how our brain functions, and our overall mental health. ⭐️⭐️
The program was presented by Dr. Shawnte Clawson and Erin Lass, CEO & Founder of Waypoints Counseling. Together, they shared practical, research-based strategies participants can use to better fuel their brains and support emotional well-being.
To wrap things up, a hands-on food demo was presented that directly reflected the information shared—showing how simple, protein-rich food choices can help support focus, energy, and a true brain reset. 🥣🥜
