Over here it’s been a true rancher + realtor kind of week—cracking frozen water for cattle (Do we think our Betsy likes the cold weather?😅) before daylight, juggling amendments and paperwork in between, taking calls about burst pipes, frozen faucets, and heater issues, then circling back to clients who are stressed and just trying to protect their homes. 🐄🏡

Cold snaps like this really remind you how much goes on behind the scenes—on the land and in real estate. If you’re dealing with frozen pipes, water issues, or just need a calm voice while you figure things out, I’m here.
