I am Kristen Dressen Kyker - a proud 3rd generation Abilenian: my roots runs deep in West Texas. My lineage here is just a part of what makes Abilene so dear to me. I was born and raised in Abilene, graduated from Abilene Christian University, and married an "Abilene" boy. We love Abilene so much that chose to raise our beautiful daughters here. My daughters, Julia, 28 and Addison, 22, are both living and working in Abilene, serving the community in any way they can. They are also both recently engaged and we are so thrilled to grow our family. My daughters are my pride and joy! They are not only talented, but they are caring, thoughtful, hardworking and beautiful on the inside and out. I really could go on for days on all the reasons I am so proud of them and very lucky to be their mom. I have two grandbabies, Caden and Ava, from my adopted daughter Hatti who I love to spoil! I’ve been a Real Estate agent for over a decade because I truly have a passion for helping people live their best life. I was a teacher in the Abilene Independent School District for 12 years before becoming an agent. I truly loved being a teacher and had the good fortune to teach some amazing kids. Although I left the classroom, I was able to bring many of my skills from my educational experience to my real estate career. I TEACH people about the home buying & selling process. I try to always make sure I'm educated, organized and prepared before meeting with clients. I get creative when I need to and can negotiate with the best of them. Most of all I care about my clients like they are family and dedicate myself to helping them reach that final goal. I am a REALTOR: I feel so truly blessed to be able to go to work every day and truly say that I love my job. I've been learning about and been interested in real estate for as long as I can remember but didn't decide to make career out of it until a few years ago. The more time I've spent in real estate the more I realized how amazing my job really is. It has opened so many new doors for me and given me the opportunity to meet some of the most wonderful people. I am a "people person", I truly love getting to know my clients and have formed close bonds with many of them. I love that that I can honestly say I get to spend every day helping others realize the American dream! I am Lisa Cox Sanders - a 3rd Generation Texas and was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. I am a Real Estate Agent on the Kristen Dressen Kyker Team at Coldwell Banker Apex. Many of you may know me from my days in my family business, Cox Jewelers. I had the privilege of attending schools in the Abilene Independent School District, Austin, Madison and Cooper. I went on to Texas Tech where I met my husband of almost 30 years, Todd. We moved back to Abilene and raised our two sons, Brandon and Chase, here in Abilene. I started my Real Estate career in 2015. Prior to that, I taught First Grade at Wylie ISD for nine years. I absolutely love helping people find their dream home. I consider it an honor and a privilege to help my clients through the buying and selling process.
