Happy Closing Day ‼️
After we saw a few houses that were subpar I asked this fellow about the feeling he had when he bought his car (he always showed up in this sports car I knew he loved) and if he still loved it and he smiled and said yes!

I told him I didn’t want him to say yes until he had that same feeling in his house. So we looked and looked and look at him now!! CLOSED! And SOLD! Moving in
