Wow, my very first house has finally sold! This house taught so much, and at times, felt like it would never sell!

This was no ordinary listing, it was a dependent probate, if don’t know what that is, get in line. I had buyers agents in the field for 20 years telling me they’ve never been a part of one. Well, it was my first house, I didn’t just get my feet wet, I dove head first!
