Now Hiring: Escrow Assistant
📍Centennial Title, LLC; Abilene, Texas

We are a busy, customer-focused Texas title company seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Escrow Assistant to support our Escrow Officers in managing residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. This position also comes with a possibility for upward mobility at our company.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with clients, and have strong organizational skills, then we would love to hear from you!

🔎 Responsibilities:

- Assist Escrow Officers with processing files from opening to funding
- Prepare and review closing documents
- Order payoffs, HOA statements, surveys, and other required items
- Communicate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
- Schedule closings and coordinate signing appointments
- Ensure files are complete, compliant, and ready for closing
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction

✅ Qualifications:

- Previous escrow, title, or real estate experience preferred
- Knowledge of Texas title procedures a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with title software is a bonus)
- Professional, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

This position is perfect for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced office environment. This position also comes with a possibility for upward mobility at our company.

Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist escrow officers and staff with administrative tasks
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Qualifications:
• Previous receptionist or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized

Schedule:
Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week)
