This one was special. From the views to the barndo charm… it was one you don’t forget.

🏡 What Does “Under Contract” Actually Mean?

When you see a home listed as Under Contract, it means a buyer and seller have agreed on the terms and signed a contract for the home. 🎉

BUT… the deal isn’t finished just yet.

There are still a few important steps happening behind the scenes:
✔️ Inspections
✔️ Appraisal
✔️ Financing approval
✔️ Title work
✔️ Final walk-through

Once all of those boxes are checked, the home officially closes and the buyer gets the keys! 🔑

Sometimes contracts fall through during this process, which is why homes can occasionally come back on the market.
