Happy End of Month!!! We are blessed to be super busy and still be able to offer Fast Turnaround times for your title work in Taylor County!! Our Search and Exam teams are fast and efficient, in most cases providing a 24-72 hour turnaround on most title commitment requests. Metes and Bounds may take a bit longer. Any out of county orders will take much longer, as we must acquire title evidence form outside title sources. Note: Any out of County orders you may send us, it is very helpful if you can provide the seller's Owner Title Policy from when they purchased the property; this will in most cases speed up the outside source's ability to provide the title evidence a bit faster. Title Tip Monday!! Agents when you are writing or negotiating contracts that include acreage of any kind, please please please, make a note of the approximate amount of acreage that is to be sold. This will alleviate surprises at the last minute as to what was to be sold. Do not rely on any CAD for acreage. Thank you!!
